STAR POWER: Michelin Star Rated Taco Maria

In order for a restaurant to earn a MICHELIN Star, an establishment provides a consistent, high-quality dining experience. It’s very impressive. Costa Mesa restaurant, Taco María, was awarded a star for the inaugural MICHELIN Guide California in June. It was one of two selected restaurants out of the 34 Orange County cities under consideration. Check out Chef Salgado’s Alta California cuisine is a mezcla of Mexican and American cultures which offers a unique blend of old and new culinary traditions. They have a wonderful brunch as well.
